Lake Russell GA is one of the least well known investment markets in the US today!
I just took a trip to Lake Russell, which is only a few miles from Elberton and we drove right through Elberton which is a quaint small town with peace and serenity.
Elberton is just one of those sleepy little places that has been overlooked for a long time until recently. But not anymore! Everywhere you look in Elberton you see new construction and I'm not talking about the cheap and fast type.
If it isn't new construction then it is being renovated. I guess someone told the Elberton people that "if you build it they will come!" and they are taking it to heart.
Lake Russell is a completely undisturbed and secluded lake. If you love boating this is a place you will love!
Lake Russell is a really great place to live, invest or both!
